Advantage of this type of training is that it's very effective: trainers can not only train participants but also work with them on their daily tasks in pair-programming sessions and even organize an internal hackathon. This gives the opportunity that the trainer can really get involved in the issues participants may encounter and can also help with advices regarding working as a team on Orchard projects.
